Visiting Vietnam and Cambodia

Hi

We are travelling to Vietnam on 7th May 2016 for 2 weeks. It appears we do not need a visa for stays of less than 15 days ..but we are flying to Siem Reap for 2 nights then returning to Vietnam for a few more days. Do we need to apply for a Visa? If so please advise which one.
