For British passport holders, your husband have 15 days visa exmeption if he doesn't enter Vietnam 30 days before and passport is valid more than 6 months
If he has all conditions above, he can travel VIETNAM 13-15 days without visa
For Mexican passport holders need visa to enter VIETNAM and you can apply visa on arrival 1 month at this link https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
The processing time takes 1-2 working days for tourist purpose
