I m from madagascar ,i hold malagasy passport and would like to know if i can use the 'visa on arrival' service since here in madagascar is not vietnamese embassy. thank you

You can apply for visa on arrival on our website https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html, then make payment online. After receiving your payment, we will process visa for you and send you approval letter after 2 working days in normal case (1 month single entry visa)
