I'm planning to get Visa On Arrival (multiple entries). My first entry in Vietnam will be through Ho Chi Minh Airport (where I receive my visa). On my second entry to Vietnam, can I enter using the bus from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh city?

Thank you for your concern with us.
For multiple entries visa, you can arrive Vietnam many times. This letter just valid if you arrive Vietnam by plane only at first time. On the second entry to Vietnam, you still can enter using the bus from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh city.
