What kind of visa does a seaman get and how? If i have to join my vessel from vietnam on 29th september?

We would like to inform that Indian passport can apply online on our website to get visa on arrival. You just need to fill your information in the form then make payment online. After 2 working days (tourist visa), we will send you the approval letter via email, you print it out to board the plane and use it to get visa stamp at Vietnam airport
