I’m a US/Philippine passport holder. I will be going to the Philippines for vacation and then planning to go to Vietnam for a 5-day trip, before heading back to the US. My question is, coming from the Philippines, can I just use my Philippines passport to enter Vietnam or do I have to apply for evisa since I’m a US citizen citizen?

If you have a Philippine passport (has validity at least 6 months and 2 pages left), you can use it to enter Vietnam without a Visa for a stay no more than 21 days.
If you use the US passport to enter Vietnam, you are required to get a Visa before entering. You can apply for an E-Visa with US passport at this link https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
