Which visa
Which visa
I'm arriving in Hanoi from London Heathrow on 12th January 2018 and will be staying in Vietnam for 16 nights, we will be flying to Da Nang and also Phu Quoc, do we apply for a single trip or multiple trip visa?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Many thanks
Claire
Dear Claire Stanford,
Thank you for your question.
We would like to inform that from July 01st 2017 to June 30th 2018, Vietnam offers a 15-day visa exemption to mainland and 30-day one to Phu Quoc Island with single entry for visitors from the U.K.. Their passports should have at least six months of validity upon the date of arrival to meet airlines’ requirements, and their arrival date is NOT within 30 days from their last exit date with visa exemption. Otherwise, they will need a Vietnam visa.
Please inform us your itinerary in detail so that we could give concrete advice.
Regards,
Hannah Yan (Ms.)

Dear Ms Claire,
If you just travel within Vietnam, you just need the tourist visa one month single entry. It should be enough.
