Wrong date issued and no response from you

Hi,
I applied for a visa last week and it was approved but for the wrong dates and I think the mistake was from your end. I send a request through to support to ask whether you could change the date to align with my partner and son but have not heard anything. I ended up just reapplying again yesterday and paying another application fee. Can you confirm this is ok and why no one got back to me since I ask about this on Friday?
