Can I enter Vietnam earlier than the granted date in my approval letter?

Thank you for reaching us.
We have checked your email address and could not see it on our system. You did not apply with us, so we cannot help you check your Visa status.
In case you put the entry date on the application form is 15 Septmeber, Your E-Visa when it is issued will valid from 15 September.
When your E-Visa is issued, if it is still valid, you can use it to enter Vietnam but have to leave Vietnam before the exit date specified on it.

Apr 28, 2018I had requested entry on 5th May. My flight is arriving on 9th May, however my approval letter says the date approved for entry is 10th May, just one day after my arrival date. Otherwise, in case your visa is only valid from May/10, you cannot arrive earlier on May/09. So, you need to re apply for a new visa

We would like to inform with you that you can estimate your arrival date to apply with us, for example you choose your arrival date is 1st Dec 2016 and you apply for 1 month type of Visa then your Visa will be valid from 1st Dec 2016 to 1st Jan 2017. It takes you to the result that you will be able to enter Vietnam at anytime during this period.
