Arriving by road
Apr 03, 2019Hello! I'm arriving to Vietnam by road from Cambodia.
We want to stay up to 3 months, even more if possible. I'm a Spanish national and my girlfriend is a Turkish national.
Thank you for your help!Vietnam Evisa SupportApr 03, 2019Dear Mr. Saenz,
Thank you for your concern,
With Spanish passport holder, you do not need to apply visa if you stay in Viet Nam less than 15days.Your passport must be at least 6 months validity upon the date of arrival. Moreover, your coming arrival date is not within 30days from your last exit date with visa exemption.
For your girlfriend holding Turkish passport, please apply Visa On Arrival .You can apply online on our website for visa on arrival but we JUST can help you to process 1 month single tourist visa and the service fee is $150US/person (not including $25US/person stamping fee at Vietnam airport). However, the Vietnam Immigration does not process 1 month visa for full 30 days, they just base on your ticket to process visa (maximum 25 days). The processing will take 10 working days. And you can apply online at this link:
https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
In addition, after finishing payment online, please send us your passport scan + hotel booking + return ticket + front side of your credit card which you used to pay for this application via email. Without those documents, we can not process visa for you.If you expect to stay longer in Viet Nam, you can apply visa extension.
Best regards,
Cindy

Thank you for your question.
We would like to inform with you that your husband does not meet conditions of Visa exemption policy of Vietnam Government. In this case, we would like to advise you to ask the airline staff whether they allow him to board the plane with the passport's validity is less than 6 months or not. If they allow him to board the plane then we are able to proceed 1 month multiple Visa type for him ($24 for processing fee).
Regards to your case, if your passport's validity is more than 6 months, you can enter Vietnam without Visa on 28th June but when you re-enter Vietnam on 9th July, you need Visa. As a result, we advise you to apply 1 month single Visa ($19) for your second trip in advance at: https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html

What is the difference between Single and Multiple?
Oct 01, 2016Hi again,
Regarding the previous question.
Actually my boss will visit Hanoi on October 4th to 6th. at first.

do i need a visa?
Sep 05, 2016my husband and I are both British and are flying to Hanoi on 5/10/16. We plan to stay in vietnam for just under 2 weeks before going by train to china for 5 weeks and then returning to Hanoi by train from china to fly back to the UK on 30/11/16. Is it correct that UK citizens are exempt from visas for stays under 15 days ? ..would this apply for 2 entries 5 weeks apart if both stays are under 15 days or would we need to get visas? if we do need visas, would this need to be 2 single entry visas or a 3 month multiple visa?
many thanks for your advice!Vietnam Evisa SupportSep 05, 2016Dear Sir/ Madam
Thank you for your question.
It is informed that British do not need visa for 15 days. However, the previous visit must be far at least 30 days the next visit. So for your first trip to Hanoi on Oct/05/2016, if you haven't been to Vietnam before and just stay under 2 weeks, you do not need to get visa. But for the return to Vietnam, if this return is not far 30 days the first visit, you have to get visa . By the way, please be noted that visa on arrival is only valid at Vietnam airport. So if you want to come back Vietnam by train, you should contact to Vietnam Embassy in China or your living country to get it.
If you have any question, please feel free to contact us.

3 months visa
Apr 19, 2016Hi, how many days is the 3 months visa good for?
Also, if my plane leaves on the 14th, but land in vietnam on the 16th. Does my visa start when they stamp it in Hanoi on the 16th? Or when I take off from my hometown on the 14th?Vietnam Evisa SupportApr 19, 2016Dear Sir/ Madam
Thank you for your question.
We would like to inform that for 3 months single/multiple visa, Vietnam Immigration just allows customers stay in Vietnam for 87 days. For example, if you apply 3 month multiple visa with arrival date May/14, you visa will be valid May/14 to Aug/11, you can enter Vietnam any date within this period of time. And when you arrive in Vietnam on 16th, Vietnam Immigration will stamp on your passport with the date you enter Vietnam is Apr/16, but your passport still valid until Aug/11 and you need to leave Vietnam on Aug/11.
If you have any question, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for your question.
The online visa (or Visa on arrival) is just accpted if you are travelling by plane only. If you enter to Vietnam by cruise, you should apply visa at the Vietnam Embassy/Consulate Office in your country. And if you just stay at Vietnam only 10 days, we suppose that one month visa entry is enough for your family.

Tourist visa enquiry
May 22, 2015Hello
Last month I spent THE happiest three weeks of my long life in your country and I MAY want to return either this or next year, this time for a longer period. As in April, my purpose for travel would again be as a TOURIST. Three questions arising, as follows:-
1) Correct or incorrect - absolute maximum visa permit only 6 months? Or could it be longer if required...? How long?
2) Last time, I came to your London office to secure my visa - next time, can I safely leave it until I actually ARRIVE in Vietnam and purchase it on entry, or MUST I obtain a new visa ONLY at your London premises?
3) What, please, is the cost of a 3 month visa? What is the cost of a 6 month visa? What (if permitted) is the cost of a longer visa?
Sorry to ask so many questions.
You are lovely, lovely people, so gentle and endearing, and I can't wait to revisit (if I can afford it!).
Sincerely
David Hughes
