My E-Visa was issued, but the information specified on it is wrong. How can I correct it?
The information on your E-Visa must be correct and match your passport information. In case it is wrong, you cannot use that E-Visa to board the plane and enter Vietnam.
The E-Visa once issued cannot be amended. You need to apply for the new E-Visa to get the correct one.
In addition, payments for e-Visa applications are non-refundable. You need to apply and pay again for the new E-Visa.
You can apply for the E-Visa with us at this link https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
We offer many choices of processing time if you need a new E-Visa urgently.
