    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Thanks for your questions.

    We would like to confirm that we will send you the Visa approval letter via email after receiving your Visa application. You will use this Visa letter to get Visa stamp at The Visa Landing Counter at the airport when you arrive Vietnam. With this Visa approval letter, the Customs Police will stamp the Visa in your passport and allow you to pass the Immigration Gate.

    Service Visa fee?

    I understand that to use your e-visa I will have to pay 25 USD when arriving in Vietnam and the Visa is stamped into my Passport.

    How much does it cost to pay you for the service fee? This information is nowhere to find on your website.
