Fake Visa Approval Letter?
Jan 12, 2019I received an approval letter stamped from immigration but with 14 other entry approval's included with mine. Is that legitimate?Vietnam Evisa SupportJan 13, 2019Dear Angel,
You can use this letter to enter Vietnam without any problems.
As you did not apply for private letter so the Immigration Office issued the normal one which will show your name and others who applied visa at the same time like yours
On our websites, there is 01 option called “PRIVATE LETTER” (with surcharge 10USD). Next time, if you would like to keep your information only, you can choose this extra service.Regards,

visa expiration
Oct 20, 2018Is the visa valid starting from the Issue Date or from the date I enter Vietnam, which is also the date I put on the application form? I am afraid of applying too early. Visas in some countryies say they are valid from the Issue date, that means if I apply too early, let say 2 months before my planned trip, and if I apply for a 30-day visa for a ten-day stay, by the time I get there, my visa might expire. Thanks!Vietnam Evisa SupportOct 20, 2018Dear Diep Ta
Please note that the visa will be valid from the Entry date that you put on the Application form only. Therefore, you can apply now without any problem
It will take 2 working day to process the Tourist visa type and 4 working days for Business type
Kindly apply for a visa at https://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html

For visa extension, please kindly send us your passport scan including your visa stamp and visa ticker via our email: visa@vietnam-evisa.org. We need to check your information with Vietnam Immigration first, then we can give the accurate fee. By the way, it will take 7 working days to extend visa. Visas
Jan 13, 2016Me and my friend are going to Vietnam on the 11th-18th of February which means only 8 days. I have read that we do not need a visa because I am a British national. Does this mean that I do not need any documents to travel other than my passport and plane tickets?
Vietnam Evisa SupportJan 13, 2016Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank for your question.
We would like to inform that From July, 1st 2015 to next June 2016, Vietnam Government exempts Visas for nationals of 5 Western European countries as: France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom and Italy. They do not need visa if staying in Vietnam less than 15 days regardless of their purpose or type of visas.
However, if this is not your first visit, especially in the latest 30 days, you have to apply visa.
Any help, please feel free to contact us.

Visa Approval Letter
Jan 03, 2014I have read that I can obtain an approval letter, which I can then take to a Vietnamese embassy in order to receive a full visa. Is this something that you can provide? My situation is such that I will only be in a city with a Vietnamese embassy/consulate for 2 days (New Delhi), but I eventually want to travel to Vietnam by land (from Cambodia), and so the Visa-On-Arrival won't work. Thanks!
Vietnam Evisa SupportJan 03, 2014Dear Sir,
Thanks for your mail
We are pleased to inform that if you enter Vietnam by land, you cannot get visa on arrival because visa on arrival is just applied by air. But if you want to get visa at Vietnam Embassy, you can apply with us and we will send you approval letter for Visa at Embassy in advance. You just take it to Embassy and get visa, you can get visa to enter Vietnam by land, plane or by sea. Please apply here:http://www.vietnam-evisa.org/apply-visa.html
Thanks,
Evisa Team
