Service fee is a payment to receive the Approval Letter for visa before they arrive at Vietnamese airport. This fee will be paid via our Online Payment System which is available with Onepay, Gate2Shop, PayPal or Banking transfer service.
- Please be noted that service fee does not include the stamp fee which is paid in cash for Vietnam Immigration Officer at the airport.

May 07, 2017do I need to apply a Vietnam visa even if I'm only transit passenger from Siem reap and just stop over in Saigon airport for several hrs..?Vietnam Evisa SupportMay 08, 2017Dear Mr Jun Rayos,
Thank you for your question.
We would like to inform with you that according the Vietnam Immigration's law, the passengers are allowed to transit in a transit hall of Vietnam airport for less than 24 hours without Visa (in case you will not take your luggage back and will not leave out of the transit hall).
Hence, please double check whether you stay in the transit hall only for the next flight or not.
Best regards

Private letter
Jan 12, 20151. My husband and I would like to have a private invitation letter. Can we both be on the same letter for an additional $10 total? 2. Several months ago we filled out a VISA application form with the Vietnam Embassy online. The dates on that form are incorrect. We do not want to go to the Embassy for our VISA, but now want to get our VISA upon arrival (VOA.) Will the application we filled out online with you conflict with the VISA application we previously emailed to the Vietnam Embassy with incorrect dates? Thank you
Vietnam Evisa SupportJan 12, 2015Dear Christine,
Thank you for your question.
We would like to answer your questions:
1. You can have a private letter with your husband's name and yours only in the letter with 10 USD.
2. You can apply online for visa on arrival and it will not conflict the visa you have applied with the Vietnam embassy. They don't relate to each other.
Best regards,
Evisa team
