Many activities in Ha Noi to welcome the New Year 2014
Ha Noi people’s committee has announced plan No.182/KH-UBND about organization culture, sport to welcome the New Year 2014 and 84th foundation’s Vietnamese communist party with theme welcome Communist party, welcome spring and renewal capital.
