How to apply for visa upon arrival

Before applying for, please make sure that you can meet these conditions:

• Travelling by air;
• Holding at least 6 month valid passport which includes more than one blank page;

Please follow these four steps to get your visa approval in advance:

• Step 1: Fill in the online appliction form;
• Step 2: Make the payment online;
• Step 3: Receive visa approval letter;
• Step 4: Pick up visa stamp at the arrival.

To make your travel be more wonderful, please pay attention to these notices:

1/ When you receive the visa stamp at the Vietnamese airport, please make sure that it’s fixed with the visa you applied, otherwise we cannot claim back with the Vietnam Immigration Department.

2/ Please prepare the stamping fee in cash (credit card is not acceptable). If you have already booked the full Package (including visa stamp), you do not have to concern about this payment request.

3/  Prepare 2 photos 4x6 cm (or same size passport photos) . If you don’t have photos, You can take photos at the airport when you arrive and it costs 5USD/person in HCM. ( or 2 USD/person in Hanoi).

4/ Please download and fill this Vietnam Entry and Exit Form before arriving to avoid waste time at the airport.
