What is the requirement of Vietnam visa on arrival?

To apply for Vietnam visa on arrival, you must meet these requirements:

• Travelling to the country by air with tourist purpose only;
• Applying for this Vietnam visa before you arrive in the country;
• Holding enough of these documents:

1/ Hotel Booking for your whole trip in Vietnam

2/ Passport scan ( your passport must be valid 6 months at least)

3/ The flight tickets including the return ticket.

Additional, you should have at least 6 month valid passport which includes as less as one blank page. In case your passport is valid less than the needed time, please contact with the airline to confirm that whether they allow you to join the flight. If there is no problem with the enterprise, you can apply for visa on arrival without any hassle.

The process of Vietnam visa upon arrival

Firstly, please fill your information in the online application form. Then please send us the above documents to our email visa@vietnam-evisa.org

We will return the visa approval letter to you after seven working days once you finish the payment. Please check to make sure that all of your informations is fixed with which listed in the letter.

You also need to print the letter out to show it at the arrival airport in Vietnam. Once the Immigration cadres finish inspecting the validity of your approval letter, they will provide you with the visa stamp and allow you to enter into the country legally.

Note: The expired day of the visa will be based on the return ticket. And the fee is 150 USD/person (NOT include stamping fee 25USD/person at the the airport) to process 1 month single tourist visa.
