The procedure of Vietnam visa on arrival

The first step is to fill your information in the Vietnam visa online application form.

The second step is to send us the following documents to email address: visa@vietnam-evisa.org:

• Hotel Booking for your whole trip in Vietnam
• Passport scan ( your passport must be valid 6 months at least)
• The flight tickets including the return ticket.

Notice: The expired day of the visa will be based on the return ticket. And the fee is 150 USD/person (NOT including stamping fee 25USD/person at the the airport) to process 1 month single visa.

Your visa will be processed within 7 working days after submitting the documents.

How to pick up visa stamp at the arrival

Please prepare beforehand documents to submit once arriving at Vietnamese International airport:

1/ Printed visa approval letter sent by us;

2/ Two 4x6 cm photos (or same size passport photos). If you don’t have photos, you can take photos at the airport when you arrive and it costs 5USD/person in Ho Chi Minh. (or 2 USD/person in Hanoi)

3/ Fullfilled Vietnam entry and Exit Form to avoid waste time at the airport;

Then please follow these steps to receive the stamp:

Once arriving at the airport, please move to the “Visa landing counter” to queue up and wait for your passport stamped.

After receiving the visa stamp, please make sure that it’s fixed with the visa you applied, otherwise we cannot claim back with the Vietnam Immigration Department in case they provide you the incorrect one.
