How can Comoros toutists apply for tourist Vietnam visa on arrival?

Step 1: Fill in the application form

You need to put the correct full name, passport number, nationality and date of birth which is listed in the passport used to enter the country in the application form.

You need to choose which kind of visa on this stage as well. The single entry visa is valid for one time entry and exit from Vietnam. While the multiple entry visa is valid for many different entry and exit from Vietnam.

Step 2: Settle the payment of Vietnam visa on arrival

There are two types of fee must be completed:

1/ Service fee which is paid to us for handing the dossiers to Vietnam Immigration Department on your behalf.

2/ Stamping fee which is paid to Immigration Department and is obliged for all the applicant.

Step 3: Get visa approval letter sent via email

Your letter will be sent within two working days (excluding weekends and holidays in Vietnam). Please make a triple inspect for your information and inform us to amend in advance if you figure out any mistake.

Step 4: Receive visa stamp at the arrival airport

In order to obtain the stamp on arrival, you have to make the queue in front of visa landing counter together with the orther applicants and wait to submit the following documents:

1. Original passport
2. Printed copy of approval letter
3. Completed Vietnam entry and exit form
4. 02 passport photos
5. Stamping fee (see below for the stamping rate)

Stamping process takes around less than an hour depending on the length of queue. If you wish to avoid wasting time, you should consider using the fast track service.
