PAYMENT INSTRUCTION

1. Clarify what you paying for?

   - First of all, please note that we charge you for our service fees only which are for the arrangement of the pre-approved letter before picking up your visa-upon-arrival at Vietnam airports.

  - Once again, our service fees do not include the stamping fee  which will be paid in cash directly at the Vietnam International airports when you get Vietnam visa. 

     Noted: After submitting payment, please do not click many times while it is processing in order to avoid being double charged for this case.

2. Methods of payment

We offer 2 methods of payment:

- Option 1: Pay by Credit Card, VISA Card, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club... through www.OnePay.vn

- Option 2: Pay through Bank transfer or pay us in Cash directly at our office.

2.1. Method of payment by credit card through OnePay (www.OnePay.vn)

- OnePay company successfully combines with Vietnam Commercial Bank (Vietcombank) and International Mastercard Organization to implement OnePay - Online payment solution. Providing an easy and secure to use, the customers can settle payment online to anyone anytime in different convenient places around the world. What a fast and simple payment! Visa Card, master Card, Amex Card and JCB card are accepted with this payment gate.

- Fill out the secure online form with your passport details for your Vietnam visa-upon-arrival then click submit. Afterthat it will show to the payment option page. If you choose consistent payment option by credit card via Onepay.vn, our site will redirect you to www.Onepay.vn page. You will be required to provide your personal and credit card details.

- This case will ask you some information to verify whether you are owner or not such as fill your name, your location, your credit card number, and secure CCV which shows behind of your credit card. And you also need to verify 3D secure which will be sent by your bank. If you do not verify this 3D secure, your payment will be denied.

- You will be sent to our success page if payment is processed successfully. Meanwhile our automatic system will also send you an email to confirm your visa to Vietnam. And also you will see your bank statement as “Onepay Vietnam visa”.

- If your payment is not successful, a Failure page will appear to inform the status. At the same time, you will receive an email from us telling you that payment have been not processed yet. You can try again with new payment option or we will send you another email with full options of payment. Or you can forward that email to Info@Vietnam-Evisa.Org or visa@Vietnam-Evisa.Org, we will help you to pay easier.

 2.2. Method of payment by Bank transfer ( or Bank TT)

- We will send you the information for bank details to your email with payment request if you chose payment for us via bank TT.

- Or you can transfer bank TT direct via this account information:

- Provide proof of payment: Once you have completed the transfer, please email us a copy of the transaction receipt or bank statement as proof of payment.

2.3. Payment direct at our Office: Deposit cash

- You can pay us in Cash at our office . all will quoted to VND.

Noted: Your visa is proceed after we have gotten your full payment for service fee. We will not response with any cases or trouble if you don’t pay for this service fee, even you already fill the form application online. So Please make sure your payment is gone through, or you must send us an email to check status so that we have actions in time for your visa Vietnam.
